Saturday Smoothie time! Lots to do today so quick delicious smoothie it was for breakfast!

 

Strawberry Protein Smoothie Bowl

🔪 Prep Time: 5 minutes

🕒Total Time: 5 minutes

🍴Serving Size: 2


Ingredients:

  • 3 Frozen Bananas

  • ️1 1/2 cup Frozen Mangos

  • ️1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (@lovemysilk)

  • ️1 tbsp Chia Seeds

  • ️2 tsp Spirulina (@wholefoods)

Instructions:

  1. Blend all your ingredients together in a high speed blender.

  2. I topped mine with frozen mangos, blueberries, and chia seeds.
