Kombucha Ice Cream Float

Helping you beat the heat this #HumpDay with a new recipe. This will be your next favorite summer drink! As hot and humid as it is in Texas, you definitely need plenty of cold and refreshing beverages. This frothy and fluffy combo takes the cake!

 

Kombucha Ice Cream Float

🔪 Prep Time: 5 minutes

🕒Total Time: 5 minutes

🍴Serving Size: 2


Ingredients:

  • 4 scoops DF Vanilla Bean Gelato (@omydairyfree)

  • 1 bottle Pink Lady Apple Kombucha, chilled (@healthade)

  • ️Fresh Blueberries

  • Fresh Mint Leaves

Instructions:

  1. Add 2 scoops of gelato and a small handful of blueberries to each glass.

  2. Then slowly add in 1/2 the kombucha to each glass and watch the froth grow! Continue to add slowly until all is gone.

  3. Garnish with mint leaves.
