Healthy Crunch Wrap Supreme

Shoutout to my college roommate who taught me how to make these crunch wrap supremes. Used to make these on repeat! And she got my other roommate addicted too haha. That’s how good and easy they are to make! A must try.

Healthy Crunch Wrap Supreme

🔪 Prep Time: 10 minutes

🍳Cook Time: 5 minutes

🕒Total Time: 15 minutes

🍴Serving Size: 1

Ingredients:

  • 2 Large Grain-Free Burrito Tortillas (@sietefoods)

  • 1 Cassava Flour Tortillas (@sietefoods)

  • Refried Black Beans

  • Mexican Shredded Cheese (@wholefoods)

  • Plain Skyr Yogurt (@siggisdairy)

  • Chopped Veggies - Onion, Mini Sweet Peppers, Cherry Tomatoes, Baby Spinach

Toppings:

  • Avocado

  • Spicy Doña Salsa (@tacodeli)

  • Fresh Cilantro

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°.

  2. Lightly coat your small Cassava tortilla with avocado oil on both sides and bake in the oven for 3 mins each side. You now have a tostada!

  3. Then spread a layer of yogurt (or sour cream) and top with your veggies.

  4. Cut a large square from one of your whole wheat tortillas. Save the scraps to make some chips for later! (Same method as tostada).

  5. Before turning on the stove, in a pan, layout your large whole wheat tortilla. Spread a layer of beans and queso right in the center, about the size of your tostada.

  6. Then place your loaded tostada right in top. Place the square tortilla to cover and carefully start to fold in the sides of the large wheat tortilla, holding it in place with one hand.

  7. Turn stove on and flip your crunchwrap so the folds are facing down. Let it cook for 3-4 mins to seal it in and get toasty. Cook on the other side for another 2-3 mins.

  8. Slice in half and serve with some cubed avocado, Doña salsa (lately been obsessed 😍), and fresh cilantro.
