Vegan Vanilla Bean Banana Ice Cream

It’s become a part of me and I love this community and being able to share healthy eating with everyone. So today, I’ll be treating myself to this super easy THREE ingredient paleo, vegan, dairy free, and sugar-free ice cream!
Vegan Vanilla Bean Banana Ice Cream
🔪 Prep Time: 5 minutes
🍳Cook Time: 2 hour freeze
🕒Total Time: 2+ hours
🍴Serving Size: 4-5
Ingredients:
4 Bananas, Frozen
1/4 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Soy Milk (@silk)
2 Vanilla Beans
Instructions:
In a high speed blender, add in all of your ingredients. For the vanilla bean, cut in half and use the back of a spoon to scoop out all the flesh.
Blend until creamy and add to a bread pan. Smooth until even and freeze for at least 2 hours before enjoying!
Notes & Tips:
Don't worry if your bananas aren't frozen. If they are room temperature, just make sure to freeze your ice cream for longer (roughly 3 hours instead of 2).
