Spicy Loaded Nachos
First time making these & I was pleasantly surprised. These loaded nachos are delicious, filling & have a great kick to them. By baking the chips in the oven, you can say "Goodbye" to soggy chips! Also goes well with these refreshingly sweet & easy mango margs!

Ingredients:
Tortilla Chips
Mexican Cheese
Refried Black Beans
1 Sliced Jalapeno
1 Cubed Avocado
1/4 Sliced Onion
Pico de gallo
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°.
Spread tortilla chips on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Sprinkle Mexican shredded cheese & refried black beans generously.
Bake in oven until cheese is melted - roughly 10 mins.
Lastly, layer on the remaining ingredients - pico de gallo, avocado, jalapeno & onion.
Garnish with fresh cilantro & sesame seeds.
Notes & Tips:
Tastes best with thicker tortilla chips. Also, try it with some hot sauce for an extra kick! This is my favorite hot sauce.
