Spicy Loaded Nachos


First time making these & I was pleasantly surprised. These loaded nachos are delicious, filling & have a great kick to them. By baking the chips in the oven, you can say "Goodbye" to soggy chips! Also goes well with these refreshingly sweet & easy mango margs!

 

Spicy Loaded Nachos

🔪 Prep Time: 10 minutes

🍳Cook Time: 10 minutes

🕒Total Time: 25 minutes

🍴Serving Size: 2


Ingredients:

  • Tortilla Chips

  • Mexican Cheese

  • Refried Black Beans

  • 1 Sliced Jalapeno

  • 1 Cubed Avocado

  • 1/4 Sliced Onion

  • Pico de gallo

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.

  2. Spread tortilla chips on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  3. Sprinkle Mexican shredded cheese & refried black beans generously.

  4. Bake in oven until cheese is melted - roughly 10 mins.

  5. Lastly, layer on the remaining ingredients - pico de gallo, avocado, jalapeno & onion.

  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro & sesame seeds.

Notes & Tips:

Tastes best with thicker tortilla chips. Also, try it with some hot sauce for an extra kick! This is my favorite hot sauce.
