Peanut Thai Noodles
This dish has got all the Thai feels & I am absolutely NUTS for it! The sauce is so creamy & blends all the flavors wonderfully. Great way to start off the week!
Peanut Thai Noodles

Ingredients:
1/3 cup Peanut Butter (@justins)
3 tbsp Soy Sauce (@kikkomanusa)
3 tbsp Sesame Oil (@kikkomanusa)
4 tbsp Water
2 tsp Honey
1 clove Garlic, minced
1/2 tbsp Ginger, finely chopped
8 oz Wheat Spaghetti
1/2 cup Carrot, shredded
1/2 cup Cabbage, shredded
3/4 cup Edamame
Instructions:
Prep all of your veggies accordingly.
Combine peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, water, honey, garlic and ginger in a blender. Blend until creamy.
Combine cooked spaghetti, carrots, cabbage and edamame in large bowl.
Pour peanut sauce and mix in evenly.
Serve and top with sesame seeds, chopped scallion & peanuts.
Notes & Tips:
Best served fresh! The peanut sauce doesn't keep too well in the fridge.
