Date Protein Bites

These fully customizable date protein bites are SO GOOD and packed with lots of nutrients & (duh) protein. I put pretty much everything I love in these bites and it's the perfect little snack to eat anytime. Also I just bought a food processor and I LOVE it.

Date Protein Bites

🔪 Prep Time: 5 minutes

🕒Total Time: 10 minutes

🍴Serving Size: 8-10 Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Raw Almonds

  • 1/2 cup Mejdool Dates

  • 1/2 tbsp Peanut Butter

  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds

  • 1 1/2 tbsp Cacao Powder

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

  • 2 tbsp Avocado Oil

  • 1 scoop Natural Protein Powder

  • 1 tbsp Honey

Instructions:

  1. Pulse dates and almonds in food processor until blended together.

  2. Add in all remaining ingredients and pulse in processor until all is combined.

  3. Line any dish (I used a baking dish roughly 5"x4") with plastic wrap.

  4. Pour out mixture and use slightly wet fingertips to spread everything evenly.

  5. Then, go crazy with seeds! I topped mine with hemp, sunflower, and pumpkin seeds.

  6. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

  7. Pull out the plastic wrap and cut into bite sized cubes!

Notes & Tips:

Store in the fridge in an airtight container. Try eating just one...not possible!
