Cold Brew Coconut Bites

Cold Brew Coconut Bites

🍴Serving Size: 14-15 Bites
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup Old-Fashioned Oats (@bobsredmill)
2 Medjool Dates, pitted
1/2 cup Coconut, shredded (plus more for rolling)
1 Semi-Ripe Banana
1/3 cup Cold Brew (@bulletproof)
1/4 cup Almond Butter (@justins)
3 tsp Cacao Powder (@hersheys)
1 tbsp Chia Seeds (@heb)
Instructions:
In a food processor, blend together oats, dates, and coconut.
In a bowl, mash the banana with a fork. Mix in all the remaining ingredients.
Then, use a spoon and scoop out the mixture into hands. Roll into a ball, then roll into the shredded coconut. Lay out onto a plate. Repeat until you have used up all the mixture!
Pop into the fridge for about an hour so they can harder and then enjoy!
Notes & Tips:
Keep them refrigerated and ready to eat for up to a week.
