Chocolate Coffee Nice Cream
Been waiting ALL DAY for this nice cream! I put this in the freezer last night and all I could think about today at work was going home and enjoying a nice big bowl of this cold chocolatey coffee nice cream.
Chocolate Coffee Nice Cream

🕒Total Time: Overnight freeze
🍴Serving Size: 4-6
Ingredients:
3/4 cup Cashews
4 Medjool Dates, pitted
1 1/2 cup Coconut Water (@vitacoco)
1 1/2 cup Cold Brew
3 Bananas
1 tbsp Cacao Powder (@guittardchocolate)
2 tbsp Almond Butter (@justins)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions:
Chop the cashews and dates in a food processor until finely chopped.
In a high speed blender, add in the cashew date mixture as well as the remaining ingredients.
Pour into any dish (I used a 8x6x2 glass dish) and store in the freezer for 4-8 hours (best overnight but I totes understand if you can't wait that long).
When I got home from work, I quickly transferred it to the fridge to thaw out.
After roughly 2 hours, scoop out, serve in a bowl. Top with crushed cashews and lotssaaa almond butter drizzle.
Notes & Tips:
The deeper the dish you use, the longer it will take to freeze so keep that in mind!
