Baked Zucchini Bites


These yummy and crunchy zucchini bites literally do not taste like vegetables. It’s a great quick little snack and it’s healthy! Definitely won't be feeling guilty eating these...

 

Baked Zucchini Bites

🔪 Prep Time: 10 minutes

🍳Cook Time: 10 minutes

🕒Total Time: 20 minutes

🍴Serving Size: 2


Ingredients:

  • 2 Zucchinis

  • Parmesan Cheese, grated

  • Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

  • Olive Oil

  • Spices - Oregano️, Basil️, Parsley️, Garlic Powder,️ Salt and Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.

  2. Wash and prep your zucchini. Slice zucchini in half and brush with olive oil on both sides.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together Parmesan, mozzarella, olive oil, and your spices.

  4. Layer the tops of your zucchini evenly with cheese mixture.

  5. Bake for 5-7 mins & then broil for 2 mins (until top is brown).

  6. Top with red crushed pepper & sesame seeds.

Notes & Tips:

You can also use an air fryer to cook your bites! Settings will be different depending on your fryer.
