Tropical Island Smoothie Bowl


This smoothie bowl is perfect for the summer and it’s got all the staple tropical fruits! Served up in my coconut bowl by @trulyvegan.co.

 

Tropical Island Smoothie Bowl

🔪 Prep Time: 5 minutes

🕒Total Time: 5 minutes

🍴Serving Size: 2


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Strawberries, frozen

  • 1/2 cup Mango, frozen

  • 1/2 cup Pineapple, frozen

  • 1/2 cup Banana, frozen

  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds (@heb)

  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (@silk)

Instructions:

  1. Blend all your ingredients together in a high speed blender.

  2. Top with your desired toppings! I added shredded coconut, sunflower, pumpkin, and hemp seeds.
