Haven’t had this in a long time so I thought I’d treat myself this morning. High of 105 today! Oh Texas weather...we won’t be seeing fall for a longggg while...
Iced Coffee Protein Shake

Ingredients:
3/4 cup Cold Freshly Brewed Coffee (@folgers)
️1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (@silk)
️1 tbsp French Vanilla Creamer (@nutpods)
️1 tbsp Chia Seeds (@heb)
️1/2 tbsp Peanut Butter (low-fat)
️1 scoop Unflavored Protein Powder (@myproteinus)
️1/2 Frozen Banana
️Handful of Ice
Instructions:
Blend everything together in a high speed blender.
I layered the bottom with a few spoonfuls of plain Greek yogurt (@siggisdairy) and then poured the shake right over.
Top with shaved coconut and cacao nibs!
Notes & Tips:
This is a great post-workout or breakfast smoothie!
