Iced Coffee Protein Shake

Haven’t had this in a long time so I thought I’d treat myself this morning. High of 105 today! Oh Texas weather...we won’t be seeing fall for a longggg while...

 

Iced Coffee Protein Shake

🔪 Prep Time: 5 minutes

🕒Total Time: 5 minutes

🍴Serving Size: 2


Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup Cold Freshly Brewed Coffee (@folgers)

  • ️1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (@silk)

  • ️1 tbsp French Vanilla Creamer (@nutpods)

  • ️1 tbsp Chia Seeds (@heb)

  • ️1/2 tbsp Peanut Butter (low-fat)

  • ️1 scoop Unflavored Protein Powder (@myproteinus)

  • ️1/2 Frozen Banana

  • ️Handful of Ice

Instructions:

  1. Blend everything together in a high speed blender.

  2. I layered the bottom with a few spoonfuls of plain Greek yogurt (@siggisdairy) and then poured the shake right over.

  3. Top with shaved coconut and cacao nibs!

Notes & Tips:

This is a great post-workout or breakfast smoothie!
