Cold Brew Overnight Oats

Coffee coffee coffee! Needed a big ‘ol tall cup of coffee this morning as well as these cold brew oats. So glad it’s FriYAY! Can’t wait to sleep in a little tomorrow.

Cold Brew Overnight Oats

🔪 Prep Time: 5 minutes

🕒Total Time: Overnight

🍴Serving Size: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Old-Fashioned Oats (@quaker)

  • 3/4 cup Cold Brew (@folgers)

  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (@silk)

  • 1 tbsp Raw Honey

  • 1/2 tbsp Chia Seeds

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions:

  1. The night before, mix all ingredients together in a mason jar. (Whenever I brew coffee for work, I’ll make extra and refrigerate it for future recipes.)

  2. Be sure to stir everything otherwise the chia seeds will start to clump.

  3. Refrigerate overnight and either pour into a bowl or eat straight out of the jar in the morning!

  4. I topped mine with almond slices, almond butter, hemp seeds, and shredded coconut.
