Coffee coffee coffee! Needed a big ‘ol tall cup of coffee this morning as well as these cold brew oats. So glad it’s FriYAY! Can’t wait to sleep in a little tomorrow.

The night before, mix all ingredients together in a mason jar. (Whenever I brew coffee for work, I’ll make extra and refrigerate it for future recipes.)
Be sure to stir everything otherwise the chia seeds will start to clump.
Refrigerate overnight and either pour into a bowl or eat straight out of the jar in the morning!
I topped mine with almond slices, almond butter, hemp seeds, and shredded coconut.
