Berry Protein Smoothie Bowl


Loving this vibrant and super healthy smoothie bowl! It’s thick, creamy and very filling. I love making these smoothies and they are a must in this 100 degree Texas heat!

 

Berry Protein Smoothie Bowl

🔪 Prep Time: 5 minutes

🕒Total Time: 5 minutes

🍴Serving Size: 2


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Strawberries, frozen

  • 1/2 cup Blackberries, frozen

  • 1/2 cup Raspberries, frozen

  • 1/2 cup Broccoli, frozen

  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds (@heb)

  • 1 scoop Natural Protein Powder (@nuzest_usa)

  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (@silk)

Instructions:

  1. Blend all your ingredients together in a high speed blender.

  2. Top with your desired toppings! I added sliced bananas, Honey Almond Granola (@bearnakedgranola), and more chia seeds.
